The lake is 8 miles east of Route 5 in Keytesville, MO. Other Details: The Nehai Property Owner's Association dues are $225 for first lot and $30 for every additional lot every year. Total membership dues for these three lots = $285 / year. Current yearly taxes for all three lots = $137 / year. Residential homes only allowed on these lots. No mobile homes are allowed on these lots. Water and electric are available in the area. Septic system will be needed if you build a home. |
